Position: Truck Mechanic
Period of mission: Long time
Start-up date: ASAP
Location: Opwijk
Responsibilities
· Repair of MAN trucks
· Mechanical: general diesel repairs, no repair of gearboxes,
· Pneumatic: repair of pneumatic system, fixing brakes
· Electronic: repair of the electronic system on the basis of the plan
· Work with diagnosis systems
· Setting up wheels geometry
· Repairing brakes and suspension in trailers
· Repair diesel engines: an analysis of the problem, assembling and disassembling of engines, replacement of defective parts and assembly them again.
· Check of the battery consumption, oil heat exchangers, etc.
Qualifications
At least few years of experience as a truck mechanic (preferably with MAN)
Driving licence CE
Experience repairing trucks in terms of mechanical, pneumatic and electrical problems
Education in mechanics
Good English
High motivation to work for a long term
Able to work independently as well as in a team (5 persons)
· Able to take initiative
Reliable and punctual
Salary Conditions: 14.00€ gross/h
Work 40h per week (Monday – Thursday 7h, Friday 8h, Saturday 4h).
